Where we ship

LUFFLI is currently designed to accept orders for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Availability may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping charges

Where the product page or checkout states that shipping is free, no standard shipping charge will be added for that eligible order. Any exceptional or optional delivery charge will be shown before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders require processing before dispatch. Delivery times can vary by destination, carrier workload, customs processing, weather and other circumstances outside our direct control. Any delivery estimate shown during the ordering process is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless explicitly stated otherwise.

When tracking information is available, it may be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. You can also visit our Track Order page or email info@luffli.store.

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your shipping information carefully before completing payment. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Customs and import charges

Where customs duties, taxes or import charges apply, responsibility may depend on the destination and the way the order is fulfilled. Any amount collected directly by LUFFLI will be shown at checkout. Charges imposed separately by local authorities or carriers may be payable by the recipient where permitted by law.
